Paste or type one medication per line — e.g. copied from an EMR note or a prescription.
Each line is scanned for a drug name (matched against the image library), a quantity, a form
(tablet/capsule/...), and a frequency — including common shorthand like OM,
ON, BD, TDS, QDS, PRN,
HS. Anything not recognized is kept as a custom frequency, never silently dropped.

Drug name has autocomplete for medications in the image library (start typing, e.g. Atorvastatin). If a medication isn't in the library, you can still type it in — the table will just show "no image on file" for that row. When a medication has more than one photo on file, pick the correct one under the images in the table below — only the selected photo will be included when you print or save as PDF.
Pictogram view lays medications out by time of day (Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Night) with the pill image under each name, plus the indication (what it's for) and any other instructions (e.g. as needed, before meals) in the final two columns — useful as a patient-facing printout.
